Integrations Overview
The Integrations section is where you connect Konvo to the platforms and channels your business already uses. This setup lets your AI communicate with customers through WhatsApp, Instagram, email, or live chat, and access data from your eCommerce platform, subscription system, shipping provider, or helpdesk.
Two types of integrations
Channels are communication platforms where customers reach you: WhatsApp, Instagram, email, live chat. Connect these so your AI can send and receive messages on those channels.
Platforms are business tools that hold data: your eCommerce platform, subscription management, shipping providers, customer support software. Connect these so your AI can access real-time information like order status, subscription details, or tracking numbers.
How to connect
Each integration has its own setup guide that walks you through the exact steps. Most integrations are simple: you follow the steps in Konvo, and you're connected. Some may require generating an API key from the other platform, but the guide will show you exactly what to do.
Once connected, everything runs automatically in the background.
Where to manage integrations
Go to Settings → Integrations to see all available connections. You'll see Channels and Platforms organized separately. Each shows whether it's Connected or Not Connected.

Getting started
Start with channels first:connect where your customers message you most (WhatsApp, Instagram, email, or live chat). Then connect the platforms your AI needs to answer common questions (your eCommerce platform if customers ask about orders, your subscription platform if they ask about subscriptions).
You don't need to connect everything at once. Connect what you need, verify it works, then add more later.
