How to Connect Klaviyo with Konvo
Merge your email marketing data with Konvo and unlock powerful cross-channel automations.
Klaviyo is one of the most widely used email marketing platforms for eCommerce businesses. The Klaviyo integration with Konvo bridges the gap between your email marketing and your WhatsApp and messaging channels — bringing your customer data together in one place and enabling automations that work across both.
Once connected, Konvo can pull all of your Klaviyo customer profiles and merge them with your existing Konvo contacts, giving you a complete, unified view of each customer. You can also trigger WhatsApp flows directly from Klaviyo events — making it possible to build powerful cross-channel journeys, like reaching out on WhatsApp when a customer abandons their cart.
What the Klaviyo Integration Unlocks
Unified customer profiles
Konvo merges your Klaviyo contacts with your Konvo contacts automatically. This means all the customer properties, segments, and data you've built up in Klaviyo — purchase history, email engagement, custom attributes — become available inside Konvo. If you also have Shopify connected, the data enrichment goes even further: Konvo can triangulate between all three platforms to match contacts even when Klaviyo only has an email address and Konvo only has a phone number.
Two-way contact sync
Contacts sync automatically between Klaviyo and Konvo in both directions, keeping both platforms up to date without any manual work.
WhatsApp flows triggered from Klaviyo
Using Klaviyo's webhook trigger, you can launch WhatsApp flows in Konvo directly from Klaviyo events. This is what powers the abandoned checkout flow — one of the most widely used automations among Konvo clients. When a customer abandons their cart in Klaviyo, a personalised WhatsApp message is sent automatically via Konvo, bringing them back to complete their purchase.
Marketing subscriber sync
Konvo imports whether your Klaviyo contacts have email marketing permissions, so you can create segments of email subscribers inside Konvo. In the other direction, Konvo sends WhatsApp marketing consent data to Klaviyo, so you can segment by WhatsApp subscribers there too.

Klaviyo will open a page warning that the Konvo AI app has not been reviewed by Klaviyo's partner team. Click Continue to proceed.

WhatsApp Flows Triggered from Klaviyo
One of the most powerful uses of the Klaviyo integration is the ability to trigger WhatsApp flows in Konvo directly from Klaviyo events using the webhook trigger.
The abandoned checkout flow is the most used example of this — and one of the most impactful automations Konvo clients have in place. When a customer adds items to their cart but doesn't complete their purchase, Klaviyo detects the event and fires a webhook to Konvo, which then sends a personalised WhatsApp message to that customer encouraging them to return and complete their order.
Beyond abandoned checkout, you can build fully customised cross-channel flows based on any Klaviyo event — such as win-back campaigns, post-purchase sequences, VIP customer journeys, or re-engagement flows — all delivered through WhatsApp via Konvo.
For full instructions on setting up Klaviyo-triggered flows, refer to the dedicated guide:

Managing Your Integration
To disconnect Klaviyo at any time, go to Settings → Integrations, click Settings on the Klaviyo card, and select Disconnect. This removes the integration immediately. Your existing contact data in Konvo will not be deleted, but the sync will stop and Klaviyo-triggered flows will no longer fire.
✅ Done! Your Klaviyo account is now connected to Konvo. Your contacts will begin syncing automatically and you're ready to build cross-channel flows.
