How to Connect Appstle with Konvo
Give your AI the ability to manage customer subscriptions — checking status, pausing deliveries, and updating addresses automatically.
Appstle is a Shopify subscription management app. Connecting it to Konvo gives your AI direct access to subscription data, so it can handle common subscription requests — and take action on them — without involving your team. Customers can check their subscription status, pause a delivery, or update their shipping address all within a single conversation.

What You'll Need
An Appstle account on Enterprise Plus plan — or the API access add-on (”$100/month) added to any other plan
Access to your Shopify admin, where the Appstle API key is found
💡 Tip: API access is not included on standard Appstle plans. If you’re not on Enterprise Plus, contact Appstle support to add the API access add-on before starting the connection in Konvo.
Connecting Appstle
Step 1: Verify API access
In Appstle, go to your billing section and navigate to Core Products (item 24 in the billing menu). Look for APIs as a listed feature. If it’s not there, contact Appstle support to add the $100/month add-on before continuing.

Step 2: Get your API key from Shopify
In your Shopify admin, go to Apps → Appstle Subscriptions → View More → More → Integrations → API Access. Click API Access and copy your API key.

Step 3: Connect in Konvo
Go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect next to Appstle. Paste your API key and click Connect.

What Gets Synced
Once connected, Konvo can read and write subscription data from Appstle. Subscription records — including status, delivery schedule, shipping address, and item quantities — are all accessible to your AI. Actions the AI takes (pausing a delivery, updating an address) are written directly back to Appstle in real time.
What makes this powerful is that customers get subscription support in the same conversation as everything else — no portal login, no waiting for a human agent to handle routine changes.

Managing Your Integration
Activate skills — Connecting Appstle doesn’t automatically activate subscription management. Go to Skills (article 2.3) to enable each capability, and Processes (article 2.4) for more complex subscription workflows.
Disconnect — Go to Settings → Integrations → Appstle → Settings and click Disconnect.
✅ Done! Appstle is connected — enable the specific subscription skills you want in Skills (article 2.3) to make them available to your AI.
