How to Connect SendCloud with Konvo
Give your AI access to your shipping data so it can answer delivery questions, share tracking details, and keep customers informed automatically.
SendCloud is a shipping platform used by many e-commerce stores across Europe. Connecting it to Konvo gives your AI direct access to shipment data — so when a customer asks where their order is, your AI can look it up and answer immediately, without asking your team.

What You'll Need
A SendCloud account with admin access (to create API integrations)
Both an API Key and API Secret — both are required and both are only shown once
Connecting SendCloud
Step 1: Navigate to SendCloud API settings
Log into your SendCloud dashboard and go to Configuration → Settings → Integrations. Find SendCloud API in the list and click on it.

Step 2: Create API credentials
Click SendCloud API and give the integration a name (e.g. “Konvo”). Click Create.
SendCloud will generate two values:
API Key
API Secret
⚠️ Both values are only shown once. Copy both immediately and save them in a secure location (password manager or secure note). You cannot retrieve either value again after closing this screen — you’d have to create a new integration from scratch.

Step 3: Connect in Konvo
Go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect next to SendCloud. Paste the API Key into the first field and the API Secret into the second. The order matters — make sure each value goes in its corresponding field.
Click Connect.

💡 Tip: Name your SendCloud API integration clearly (e.g. “Konvo” or “Konvo AI”) so you can easily identify it if you ever need to manage or revoke access from the SendCloud side.
What Gets Synced
Once connected, Konvo has read access to your SendCloud shipment data. Shipments — including status, tracking numbers, carrier details, and estimated delivery dates — are all accessible to your AI when a customer asks about their order.
What makes this powerful is that your AI can answer “Where is my order?” with a real, live answer — not a canned response asking the customer to check their email — making every delivery inquiry feel handled, not deflected.

Managing Your Integration
Configure capabilities — Connecting SendCloud doesn’t automatically activate shipping features. Go to Skills (article 2.3) to enable shipping-related capabilities, and Processes (article 2.4) for workflows that use shipment data.
Disconnect — Go to Settings → Integrations → SendCloud → Settings and click Disconnect.
✅ Done! SendCloud is connected — your AI can now look up shipping data in real time. Enable shipping skills in Skills (article 2.3) to activate specific capabilities.
