4.4.11: Loop

Loop

Updated this week

How to Connect Loop with Konvo

Let your AI manage customer subscriptions directly — from checking status to pausing deliveries and updating addresses.

Loop is a Shopify subscription management app. Connecting it to Konvo gives your AI real-time access to subscription data, so it can handle the most common subscription requests without routing customers to a self-service portal or waiting for a human agent.

What Loop Unlocks

  • Let your AI check subscription status for any customer

  • Enable your AI to pause, resume, or skip upcoming deliveries

  • Allow your AI to update shipping addresses on active subscriptions

  • Let your AI adjust subscription item quantities

What You'll Need

  • A Loop account with admin permissions (required to access API token settings)

  • Access to your Shopify admin to navigate to the Loop app

Connecting Loop

Step 1: Open Loop in Shopify

In your Shopify admin, search for the Loop app and click on it. You’ll be redirected to your Loop dashboard.

Step 2: Generate an API token

In Loop, go to Settings → API Tokens. Create a new token — Loop will generate it and display it once. Copy it immediately.

💡 Tip: Save your API token in a password manager right away. You’ll need it if you ever reconfigure the integration, and Loop doesn’t show it to you again after you navigate away.

Step 3: Connect in Konvo

Go to Settings → Integrations and click Connect next to Loop. Paste your API token and click Connect.

What Gets Synced

Once connected, Konvo reads and writes subscription data from Loop in real time. Subscription records — including status, delivery schedule, shipping address, and item quantities — are all accessible to your AI. Changes your AI makes are applied directly to Loop, so customers and your team see them immediately.

What makes this powerful is that customers can manage their subscriptions in the same conversation as any other request — no portal login, no waiting for your team.

What Your AI Can Do

  • Check subscription status for any customer

  • Pause, resume, or skip upcoming deliveries

  • Update subscription shipping addresses

  • Adjust subscription item quantities

Managing Your Integration

Activate skills — Connecting Loop doesn’t automatically activate subscription management. Go to Skills (article 2.3) to enable each capability, and Processes (article 2.4) for more complex subscription workflows.

Disconnect — Go to Settings → Integrations → Loop → Settings and click Disconnect.

✅ Done! Loop is connected — enable the subscription skills you want in Skills (article 2.3) to make them available to your AI.
