Create Quick Replies

Frequently we receive questions or messages from costumers that are very similar between each other. Because of this we have created the possibility for you to create a quick replies so you can streamline the process of attending to all of your costumers needs.


  1. Creating a Quick Reply

    To create a quick reply you first have to go to an open conversation and write the desired message. Once that is done just click the icon to save quick reply that appears below.

    Currently you can only save text, in the future we will implement the capability of saving replies with images, variables, etc.

  2. Using Quick Replies

    To use quick replies just write / in your messages tab and the saved replies will appear. There you can select which one you want to use and click it.

  3. Deleting Quick Replies

    On the same list that appears when you type / in your messages tab if you hover over a saved quick reply you will see an trash can on the right side of this reply. Click it and it's deleted!
