You can think about connecting flows to broadcasts in the same way as How to trigger flows from widgets, the only difference is that the trigger is different.
You can think about it like this:
The trigger is the audience segment you create in broadcasts
The campaign is the flow you’ve created in advance
In the example below, the first WhatsApp message you see will be the first interaction that contacts will have with this campaign. Afterward, it depends on the buttons they click!
1. Creating your broadcast flow
We create our flow first, then the rest of our campaign.
First, go to “Flows” and click “Create flow”
You will start with a new flow, and then select broadcast trigger:
Then, create the rest of your flow as you normally would, and hit “Publish!”
Make sure the flow is “ON”
2. Connecting the audience
Go to the broadcasts tab and click “Create broadcast”
Create your audience, and click “Next”
This is where the magic happens… Click “Convert to flow”!
From there, select the flow you have created in Step 1 and press “Next”
From there, review, and “Schedule” or “Send Now”!
There you have it, your first conversational flow!
