Open conversations to new people and contacts

If you want to contact a customer about their order, customer case, anything specific and they haven’t texted you on WhatsApp before, their number won’t be in your Konvo CRM.

To compose a message and start a conversation, all you need is their WhatsApp number.

Simply hit the “compose” button.

And the message composer will change to the following state:

Simply enter their WhatsApp phone number and compose a new message template:

  • Enter a free-form message

  • Select a pre-composed & approved template

💡 Opening conversations is done through a “WhatsApp marketing template” and is paired with the regular cost of sending marketing templates in your country.

When you compose a new message and hit send, Konvo will open a new conversation and submit your template to WhatsApp for approval.

It is set to pending and will be sent once it is approved.
