Create Custom Views

Create custom views in Konvo in 3 steps. Organize conversations by channel, agent or tag for a more effective CS team workflow.

Organize your inbox with smart filters to manage conversations by channel, agent, or tag.

Keep your team focused by creating specific views for each conversation type.


Step 1: Create a new view

In your inbox, click the "+" next to "Shared Views" and select "Create view".

💡 If you want to delete an existing view just hover over it and click to edit it.

Step 2: Configure filters

Name your view and select filters: specific channel (WhatsApp, Email, LiveChat), assigned agent, tags, or language. Click "Save".

Step 3: Organize into sections (optional)

Create sections with the "+" button in "Custom section" to group related views. For example: a "Channels" section with WhatsApp, Email, and LiveChat views.

💡 Remember: Statuses (Open, Automated, Closed) remain in each view. If you're in the WhatsApp view, you'll only see WhatsApp conversations filtered by the selected status.

Your inbox is now organized so each team member sees exactly what they need to manage.
