If you want to prevent certain contacts from messaging you, this new functionality allows you to block them easily without losing visibility.
Step 1: Access the contact profile
Go to the conversation of the contact you want to block and click on their profile.
Step 2: Confirm the block
In the contact's profile, click the three dots (⋮) and select "Block" from the dropdown menu. When the dropdown opens, confirm your decision to block the contact.
The contact and their conversation will automatically disappear from your inbox and you won't receive any more messages from them.
💡 Tip: The contact won't be notified about being blocked, won't receive campaigns or flows, and their messages won't appear in your inbox.
Unblock a contact
If you decide to unblock a contact, go to Settings → Data → Unblock and select the contact from the list to unblock them.
When you unblock a contact, all their conversations will automatically reappear in your inbox and you can send them campaigns again.
