How to Create, Pause, and Delete Flows in Konvo

Hoola Flows are essential tools for automating customer support and driving sales. They allow businesses to create personalized interactions, streamline processes, and enhance customer engagement. This guide will briefly guide you in how to create, pause, and delete flows effectively.

1. How to Create Flows

Creating flows in Konvo is straightforward. Follow these steps:

  1. Access the Flows Section: Log into your Konvo account and navigate to the Flows section.

  2. Click on "Create Flow": Locate the "Create Flow" button in the top right corner.

  3. Name Your Flow: Give your flow a unique name to identify it easily.

  4. Set Up Triggers: Choose a trigger for your flow, such as an exact word match or user action.

  5. Add Messages and Buttons: Customize your flow by adding messages and buttons for user responses.

  6. Assign Actions: Define what happens next based on user input (e.g., assigning an agent).

  7. Publish Your Flow: Once everything is set up, click "Publish" to activate your flow.

2. How to Pause Flows

If you need to temporarily stop a flow without deleting it, follow these steps:

  1. Locate the Flow: In the Flows list from the Flow section, find the flow you want to pause.

  2. Toggle the Switch: On the right side of the flow, find the on/off switch.

  3. Set to "Off": Toggle the switch to "off" to pause the flow.

3. How to Delete Flows

To permanently remove a flow from your Konvo account, follow these steps:

  1. Select the Flow: Navigate to the Flows section and select the flow you wish to delete.

  2. Click on the Trash Can Icon: Find the trash can icon on the far right of the selected flow.

  3. Confirm Deletion: Click on the trash can icon and confirm that you want to delete the flow.
