Connecting your WhatsApp to Konvo is crucial for seamless communication with your customers. Follow these steps to integrate WhatsApp effortlessly:

  • Navigate to the "Integrations" section in your Konvo dashboard.

  • Select "WhatsApp" and follow the prompts to connect your account.

  • Verify your number and start engaging with your audience directly through Konvo.

2. Integrate Your eCommerce Site and Other Platforms

To communicate efficiently with your customers, integrate your preferred eCommerce platform (Shopify or WooCommerce) and other tools like Klaviyo:

  • Go to the "Integrations" tab.

  • Choose your eCommerce platform and follow the setup instructions.

  • Connect additional platforms such as Klaviyo for enhanced marketing capabilities.

3. Update Your Business Profile

Configure your business profile so that your customers know it's you:

  • Access the WhatsApp Manager from your Facebook account

  • Select the number you want to edit and go to Profile

  • Edit the relevant Profile data
