As soon as you open enter your Konvo Account your general Dashboard will be displayed.

Here you can find metrics such as:

  • Revenue Attributed: See the direct impact of Konvo on your bottom line

  • New Subscribers: Track growth in your WhatsApp marketing contacts

  • Return on WhatsApp Spent (ROWS): Measure the efficiency of your WhatsApp investment

  • AI Conversations: Monitor the volume of AI-handled interactions

  • AI Resolution Rate: Gauge the effectiveness of your AI agent

  • Time Saved: Quantify the hours saved through AI automation

Additionally, right below it you can find graphics displaying your Total Revenue Attributed and AI Conversations.

  • Revenue Over Time: Visualize earnings during broadcast periods

  • Click-Through Rate (CTR): Measure engagement with your call-to-action buttons

  • Conversion Rate: Track the success of your broadcast flows

You'll also find a comprehensive list of all your broadcasts, including:

  • Name

  • Status

    • Finished

    • Pending

  • Send Method

  • Number of Recipients

  • Conversion Rate %

  • Total Revenue

  • Date launched

  • Scheduled Sendout date
