Templates can be used to re-open conversations with clients. As you know, WhatsApp has a 24h window where a conversation with a costumer will be open, after that it will close and you will be charged to open it again.
Therefore in Konvo you can create templates to be able to quickly send messages to reopen a conversation with a costumer.

Creating the Template
The first step is to go to your templates on the settings section under integrations and select Create Template.
On this view you will be able to see all your existing templates after you have them created!
Edit your Template
A new window will open up for you to edit your template. Here you can:
Insert a name for your template
Select the Template Category (for which you will be charged from whatsapp)
Select the Language of the Template
Edit and format text
Add images/ variables/ emojis
Add Call to action links
Add Buttons
Preview your message on the right.
When you are happy with your template just hit Create and Done! you will have your templated created!
Using Templates
To use your existing templates just go over to your inbox and select the contact that you would like to send the template to and click the paint roller. A pop up will appear with all the existing templates and if you hover over them you will be able to preview the message that will be sent to your client.
Click over the selected template and hit send!
