“Out-of-office” (OOO) is a skill automation that can be found in your “Skills library”:
Click on the card and you can set up your first “Out-of-office” schedule.
Click on “+” and add a name.
Weekend schedule
To add a weekend schedule:
Select “Saturday” and “Sunday”
Check “Entire day”
Then, add your out of office template.
Weekday schedule
To add a schedule for during the week, hit “+” again and we create a new schedule.
For this schedule, let’s assume your working hours are from 09:00 - 17:00
This would mean that your OOO schedule is in reverse: from 17:00 - 09:00
Select the weekdays, and add your message
💡 By selecting only the weekdays, your OOO will not be running on Monday morning between 00:00 and 09:00. To add this as well, select “Sunday” - this is optional.
Click “Save”!
