To set up your AI Persona, go to the Personas page:
Your AI Persona consists of the following components:
Name: The name you want to give it 😊
Personality: How it would behave if it were a person.
Tone of Voice: How it should write to represent your brand.
Additionally, on the right, you have a panel where you can test how it will respond.
Once you have tested that it writes the way you want… click “Publish” and you’re all set 🎉

It will automatically transfer to an agent so you can continue the conversation manually.
Is it possible to have it active only for a few hours?
Currently, no. However, you can deactivate the Skills by turning them OFF when you don’t want to use them and activate them by turning them ON when you do.
How do I know which Skills I have active?
They appear listed in the Skills section.
Can I use the AI in the Start package?
Currently, you can only use the AI in the Scale package. If you are in the Start package and begin using it, we will automatically move you to the next plan in the following week.
