An outdated AI quickly loses effectiveness. Use the AI dashboard to keep an overview of its performance and get insights to improve it over time.

This dashboard shows you performance metrics, most frequently asked topics, missing information your AI Agent needs in order to improve its resolution rate, and have direct access to all of the past conversations.


  • If you want to improve the resolution rate: Check "Missing information" to see content your AI Agent needs in order to improve its resolution rate. You should look at these topics and add the relevant information to your Knowledge Hub.

  • If you only have a few sessions: Review your AI Agent, Widget configuration and what channels you have connected to improve the chat visibility on your website or activate other channels like WhatsApp, Email or Instagram.

  • If you want to know what are customers requesting most often: Check "Most frequent topics" to see the most commonly requested topics and get visibility.

  • If you are consistently responding a given topic manually: Any time you have to manually answer a message it indicates that you did not include this information in your knowledge hub and skills. Make sure to add that information or create the necessary automations to make sure the AI can handle them.

💡 Tip: Use "frequent topics" and "missing information" data to prioritize what content you should add and optimize in your Knowledge Hub.
