Sometimes you need to create variations of a flow with small changes to adapt them to new audiences or campaigns. Duplicating a flow allows you to clone all components in one click and save hours of work.
1. Locate the flow you want to duplicate and click the action button
In the flows section, you'll find all your flows in the order you created them. Identify the one you want to duplicate and click the three dots (⋮) to open a menu with available options.
2. Duplicate the flow
In the dropdown menu, click "Duplicate" to open a pop-up window where you can configure the details of the new duplicated flow.
3. Customize the name of the new duplicated flow
In the pop-up window, you can edit the name of the new duplicated flow. Once satisfied, click the "Duplicate Flow" button to create the new flow. Your new flow will open immediately so you can start editing it.
💡 Tip: Choose a name that helps you easily identify your new flow.
In these simple steps, you already have your duplicated flow with the structure, messages, and conditions of the original flow, and it will be waiting alongside the rest of your flows so you can continue working.
