1. Access Your 360Dialog Account

To start tracking your WhatsApp conversation costs, you need to log into your 360Dialog account, which is the platform Konvo uses for managing WhatsApp interactions.

2. Navigate to the Activity Section

Once logged in, go to the menu at the top right corner and select Activity: Conversations and Expenses

3. View Your Total Expenses

Here, you can see your total expenses for the last period. By default, you will see the activity for the last 30 days, grouped by weeks.

  • Default View: The default view shows the activity for the last 30 days, grouped by weeks.

  • Cost and Conversation Details: You can verify both the cost and the number of conversations.

  • Extended View: You can select to view the expenses for the last 12 months.
