Once you have created your account you can easily manage your subscription and see your payements & billing through the Konvo App. This guide will walk you through the essential aspects of Konvo's payment process and invoice management, ensuring you can focus on what matters most – growing your business.

Managing Your Konvo' Payments and Billing:

Selecting and Paying for Your Plan

Ready to start or upgrade your Konvo' journey? Just follow these steps:

  • Navigate to the 'Settings' tab in your Konvo dashboard

  • Click on 'Get Started' or 'Upgrade' next to your desired plan

  • You'll be directed to a secure payment page

  • Enter your company details and payment information

  • Review and confirm your selection

Accessing Your Billing Information & Downloading Invoices

To view, manage or download your billing details:

  • Go to 'Settings' in your Konvo dashboard

  • Select 'Organization'

  • Here you'll find your account details, current plan, and a 'Manage Subscription' button

To download your invoice:

  • Click on any invoice to view details, download the invoice, or get a receipt

To change your payment method:

  • Look for the 'Payment Method' section in "Manage Subscription"

  • Click 'Edit' to update your payment details

To Upgrade or Change Your Plan

  • Go to 'Settings' > 'Organization'

  • Scroll down to review the available plans and click 'Upgrade' on your chosen option

  • Follow the prompts to confirm your new plan and adjust billing as needed
