Managing Your Konvo' Payments and Billing:
Selecting and Paying for Your Plan
Ready to start or upgrade your Konvo' journey? Just follow these steps:
Navigate to the 'Settings' tab in your Konvo dashboard
Click on 'Get Started' or 'Upgrade' next to your desired plan
You'll be directed to a secure payment page
Enter your company details and payment information
Review and confirm your selection

Accessing Your Billing Information & Downloading Invoices
To view, manage or download your billing details:
Go to 'Settings' in your Konvo dashboard
Select 'Organization'
Here you'll find your account details, current plan, and a 'Manage Subscription' button
To download your invoice:
Click on any invoice to view details, download the invoice, or get a receipt
To change your payment method:
Look for the 'Payment Method' section in "Manage Subscription"
Click 'Edit' to update your payment details
To Upgrade or Change Your Plan
Go to 'Settings' > 'Organization'
Scroll down to review the available plans and click 'Upgrade' on your chosen option
Follow the prompts to confirm your new plan and adjust billing as needed
