We always must offer a way out of the WhatsApp subscription. We can do that with an Opt-Out flow or even manually.
How to create an Opt-Out Flow
First go to your flows tab and select "Create Flow"
For a trigger select "Keyword". There you can add diferent versions or words that people can write that will trigger the flow. We recomend using the word "Stop" as it is in the following example.
After the trigger you must add the Contact Opt-Out and after that you can just create the flow that you want to send once they unsubscribe.
Manual Opt Out
Go to the Contact Panel
The contact panel can be found on the top of the right sidebar.

Click on the button right to "Whatsapp opt-in" and done!
