Once the Klaviyo App is installed, you don't have to configure anything else.
However, in this guide we share with you a little more information about how it works and the features that are now available:
1. Synchronize all your Klaviyo clients.
The first function of the App is to help us sync Klaviyo clients with our WhatsApp contacts. This happens by default, and you could pause it if you prefer.
In addition, if you also have Shopify connected, we will be able to match contacts even if in Klaviyo we only have the email and in Konvo we only have the phone number, as we triangulate between the contacts of the 3 apps to enrich the information.
To see the details, go to:
Settings → Integrations → Klaviyo
Click on "Connect".
A drop-down with information will then open. Click on:
Pull Klaviyo Contacts → to manually send contacts from Klaviyo to Konvo.
Send Konvo Contacts → to manually send contacts from Konvo to Klaviyo
Autosync Klaviyo Contacts to Konvo → if checked, new profiles will be created in Hoola automatically every 15min for Klaviyo contacts that do not exist in Konvo.
Autosync Konvo Contacts to Klaviyo → if checked, new profiles will be created in Klaviyo automatically every 15min for Hoola contacts that do not exist in Klaviyo.
Sync on Update → when a variable is updated in Konvo, it will be updated immediately in Klaviyo as well.
Klaviyo Properties → if a Klaviyo variable is updated in Konvo, it will be overwritten with the new Konvo information.
Tags → Konvo tags will appear as custom variables in Klaviyo with results (True/False)
Properties → Konvo variables will appear as custom variables in Klaviyo
2. Synchronize your Email and WhatsApp subscribers (coming soon).

Along with the variables we import from your Klaviyo profiles, we also import whether they are marketing contacts or not.
With this information you can create segments in Konvo of contacts that have Email marketing permissions.

3. Launch WhatsApp flows from Kalviyo
You can use the "webhook" trigger to easily create flows that combine both channels.
