Shopify, configuration and what it is for

Updated this week

Once the Shopify App is installed, you don't have to configure anything else.

However, in this guide we share with you a little more information about how it works and the features that are now available:

1. Synchronize all your Shopify customers.

The first feature of the App is to help us sync Shopify clients with our WhatsApp contacts. This happens by default, and you could pause it if you prefer.

To see the details, head to:

  • Settings → Integrations → Shopify

  • Click on "Connect".

A drop-down with information will then open. Click on:

  • Sync Orders → to manually force orders to be synchronized.

  • Sync Customer Profiles → to manually force users to sync.

  • Autosync Shopify Customers → if checked, they will be automatically synced every 15min. If unchecked, it will stop syncing.

2. Use order information in flows

In flows that start with a Shopify trigger, you will be able to use all the information related to the event and the specific user automatically.

To learn how to use this Trigger, go to the following page: Trigger Types

3. Analyze the results of your marketing campaigns

From the moment you install the Shopify App, you will be able to track the sales your campaigns generate.
