When the visitor clicks on the teaser message, it opens the welcome message.

The orange (can be any color) button contains a WhatsApp link with your business number & a pre-filled message.
2. Understanding WhatsApp links
The link is your WhatsApp business number, with the option to include a pre-filled message.
Pre-filled messages can be used to trigger opt-ins or flows, depending on the goal of the interaction and the welcome message.
