Invite the rest of your team

Add and manage users of your team as agents in Hoola

Hoola is the ideal tool to collaborate with your team, but to do so... first we have to invite them as agents.

💡 Remember that your package has a default number of free agents.

  • If you add more agents than you have available, the additional agents will be automatically charged to your usual payment method after 24h.

  • If you reduce the volume of agents during your billing cycle, the change will be effective on your next invoice.

1. Go to "Agents" page

The first thing you need to do is to go to your agents' management section:

  • Settings → Agents

2. Invite new agents

To add new agents, just click on the "+ Add New User" button.

When clicked, a drop-down menu will open to fill in the information of the new agent to be added:

Enter your partner's data and click submit:

  • First Name: first name

  • Last Name: last name

  • Email: email where you will receive the access

  • Role:

    • Admin: access to everything

    • Agent: access to everything except billing

Invited colleagues will receive an email confirmation:

They accept the invitation, and that's it!

3. Delete or suspend your agents

To delete agents, just click on the trash button.

When clicked, a drop-down will open to confirm deletion:

Once deleted, the user disappears from the table.

💡 What is the difference between delete or suspend?

  • Delete = the user is completely removed, if there was any assigned conversation it will appear as unassigned.

  • Suspend = the user does not have access to the platform, but is not deleted.
