Organisation
Organisation Settings is where you manage your workspace branding—your business name and logo. Think of this as your Konvo workspace identity. While these details appear primarily for internal use across your team's interface, they serve an important practical purpose: when the Konvo team needs to access your account for support, troubleshooting, or onboarding assistance, having your organisation name and logo makes it much easier and faster for us to identify and help you.
Organisation details
You have two fields to configure: business name and organisation logo.
Business name is your company or business name. This identifies your workspace throughout Konvo. Use the name your customers recognize, not an internal code name or abbreviation. To update it, go to Settings → Organisation, enter your business name in the field, and changes save automatically.

Organisation logo is your company logo that appears throughout your Konvo workspace. To upload or change it, click on the logo area in Settings → Organisation, select your logo file (PNG, JPG, or SVG recommended), and the logo updates immediately. Use high-resolution images for the best appearance—square or rectangular logos work well, and PNG format with transparent background is ideal.

Where your organisation details appear
Your business name and logo appear throughout your Konvo workspace for your team members, creating a consistent branded experience. If you've configured your live chat widget, your organisation logo may also appear there, providing brand consistency for customers.
The most important use, though, is for Konvo support. When we need to access your account to help you, having your organisation name and logo filled out makes it much faster for us to locate your workspace and provide assistance.
Best practices
Always add your business name and logo when you first set up Konvo. Even if branding feels secondary to getting your AI working, these details help the Konvo team support you effectively when you need help.
Keep your organisation details updated. If you rebrand or change your business name, update these fields to avoid confusion for both your team and Konvo support.
