Personal Settings is where you manage everything related to your own Konvo account β€” your profile information, security preferences, and the language you see the platform in.

Go to Settings β†’ Profile to access it.

πŸ‘€ Profile:

The Profile section is split into two tabs: Account and Security.

  • Account : This is where your personal account information lives.

Field

What it's for

Profile

Your display name as it appears in Konvo

Email addresses

The email linked to your account. Your primary email is labeled accordingly

Phone numbers

Any phone number linked to your account

Connected accounts

External accounts connected to Konvo (e.g. Google)

You can add extra emails, phone numbers, or connected accounts at any time using the "+" options in each section.

This section lets you control your password and monitor all active sessions on your account.

  • Password :

Click "+ Set password" to update your password. When doing so, you'll have the option to sign out of all other devices at the same time β€” useful if you want to immediately revoke access from any other active session.

  • Active devices :

A full list of every device currently logged into your Konvo account, including:

  • Device type and browser

  • IP address and location

  • Last active timestamp

This gives you a clear picture of who has access to your account at any moment.

πŸ’‘ Tip: If you spot a device you don't recognize, change your password immediately and enable "Sign out of all other devices" to revoke all active sessions at once.


🌐 Language

Go to Settings β†’ Language to change the language of the Konvo interface.

Konvo currently supports three languages:

Select your preferred language and the platform updates immediately β€” no need to save or restart.

πŸ’‘ Tip: Language is a personal setting. Changing it only affects your own view β€” each teammate can set their own preference independently.


❓ FAQs

Can I change my primary email?
You can add additional emails to your account, but your primary email is the one used to log in and receive notifications. Contact support if you need to change it.

What happens if I set a new password?
Your new password takes effect immediately. If you check "Sign out of all other devices", all existing sessions elsewhere will be logged out and will need to sign in again.

Does changing the language affect my teammates?
No. It only changes the interface for your own account. Each team member manages their language preference independently.
